Cold-formed steel profile system

Various types of doors, facades, and other elements for exterior structures made of thermally insulated steel profiles. Stalprofil thermally insulated steel profile systems are used for exterior applications in offices, business centers, schools, apartments, hotels, hospitals, airports, sports complexes, and other public and industrial buildings. Thermally insulated profile structures comply with fire safety, burglary resistance, fire protection, smoke and gas impermeability classes, as well as sanitary requirements for sterile hospital rooms. The warm profile system range is made of black steel with the option of zinc coating, and the entire warm profile range is made of stainless steel. To prevent metal corrosion, a 20-micron zinc coating is applied to the inside and outside of the profile. MDF-based insulation is used for the warm profile, which is non-hygroscopic and does not absorb moisture or odors. The profile pipes are connected with drilled welded steel brackets – this design ensures high strength and allows the profile to maintain its integrity even at high temperatures in the event of a fire. Steel profile doors allow for the installation of a whole series of lock models.
