A simple and inexpensive solution for connecting polycarbonate sheets is the HP integral connection profile. This profile allows you to create a seamless structure, as the panel joints are almost invisible. The grooves of the HP connection profile correspond to the commonly used polycarbonate panel thicknesses - 4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm and 16 mm. Such profiles are mainly used for creating small-pitched roofs and in vertical structures (office partitions, light objects, advertising signs, etc.). When using profiles, polycarbonate sheets must be additionally fastened to the structural frame with screws, the screws should be placed every approximately 30 cm; it is recommended to use polycarbonate washers, because the profiles, when connecting polycarbonate sheets to each other, also protect them against moisture and dust entering the cells of the sheet, but do not secure the sheets to the structure. All connecting elements are available in the same colors as the polycarbonate sheets, which makes the structure aesthetically attractive.
